I'm a huge fan of amazing BBQ. I still remember the 1st time I had REAL Carolina BBQ, I was hooked. Ever since that time I've become a BBQ snob. If it wasn't Carolina BBQ, it wasn't BBQ (at least to me it wasn't) I actually never knew there were different kinds of BBQ, to me it was Carolina BBQ or nothing!
