Many states are now making laws that require the names of animal abusers to be displayed in a registry that is similar to the ones that are used for sex offenders. It's not a requirement yet, but it's slowly rolling out across the country. So if you are looking for a pet sitter, or a new veterinarian, you'll have a better chance of getting someone who will take good care of your babies! What do you think?
