This past Tuesday night, Kelsea Ballerini became the newest member of the Grand Ole Opry. Inducted by Carrie Underwood, Kelsea is now the youngest member of the Opry, and at 25, she happens to be the same age that Carrie Underwood was when she was inducted in 2008.
As part of being inducted as the Grand Ole Opry's 194th member, Kelsea performed "Peter Pan," an album cut called "In Between," and her current single "Miss Me More." She was then joined by Carrie Underwood to sing the Trisha Yearwood/Don Henley classic "Walkaway Joe."
As you can imagine, Kelsea and Carrie performing "Walkaway Joe" was pure magic. Here is video of the amazing moment.
Congratulations, Kelsea!
