Chatting with David Ragan

For the third time in four weeks, the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series will head to a short track this weekend. We've had some really exciting races on short tracks so far this season...there was the half mile flat track action of Martinsville a few weeks ago, the high-banked half mile of Bristol yesterday, and then this coming Saturday night, it's on to three quarters of a mile at Richmond for the first night race of the season.

David Ragan will be behind the wheel of the #38 Shriner's Hospitals for Children Ford Mustang for Front Row Motorsports. David was nice enough to take a few minutes to call in and chat about why he loves Richmond, his incredible partnership with Shriners, and whether or not his daughters will grow up to be racers! Here is our interview in it's entirety.

And if you're up for a quick road trip, definitely go check out Richmond this weekend. I have been there and LOVE the fan experience at the track! You can get tickets here. Otherwise, don't miss the Toyota Owners 400 Saturday night on Fox at 7:30
