Storm brewing between Kyle Busch and Stenhouse Jr?

In case you missed it, or just need a refresher, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. was responsible for not one, but two "Big Ones" last week at Daytona.  On lap 54, there was Big One number one, where Stenhouse Jr. in the 17 got into Brad Keselowski in the 2 and caused 20 cars to be taken out...

And then on lap 66, the 17 of Stenhouse Jr. got into the 18 of Kyle Busch and caused another Big One...

Fast forward to this weekend where NASCAR is in Kentucky for tonight's race.  Yesterday in the media center, Kyle Busch told reporters that he was disappointed that Stenhouse Jr. didn't reach out to apologize.  And in Kyle Busch fashion, he took a jab or two, including "I can't worry about people that far back in the field."

After qualifying, Stenhouse Jr. told NBC Sports that he didn't feel that he needed to reach out to Kyle because of the way that he "ran his mouth."

Hmmm.  It should be interesting to see what happens tonight in Kentucky.  Catch the action at 7:30 on NBC Sports or on our sister station 106.5 The End.  Reigning series Champion Martin Truex Jr. starts on the pole next to last week's winner Erik Jones.  Kyle Busch starts 5th and Ricky Stenhouse Jr. starts 14th.
