WWE Star arrested in Cabarrus County

The Concord Police Department says that WWE Star Jeff Hardy was arrested Saturday night.  Hardy was traveling on Concord Parkway South when, according to the police report, he "ran off the roadway to the right and struck about 105 feet of guardrail before the back end of the car spun out 90 degrees to the left."  After doing about $5,000 worth of damage to the guardrail, Hardy's car came to rest in the middle of the northbound lane.

He was taken to the Cabarrus County Detention Center where he was given a breathalyzer test and registered a 0.25 BAC.  He is scheduled to be in court in Cabarrus County April 16th.
