Parker McCollum's Wife Shares How Couple Picked Baby No. 2's Unique Name

Hallie Ray Light McCollum shared how she and her husband, country star Parker McCollum, selected Baby No. 2’s name.

Parker and Hallie welcomed their newborn second child, son Rocker Tommy Light McCollum, on July 30. Hallie said she’s “in newborn heaven,” as she Invited fans to catch up with her on her Instagram story on Monday (August 3). One Instagram user gushed that Baby No. 2’s name is “so cute,” and asked, “how did you pick his name?”

“Parker mentioned the name Rocker a while back so it’s always been on the list!” Hallie wrote. “Tommy is from Parker’s grandpa & Light is my maiden name.” She later shared that other names she and Parker considered included Brock, Boone, Mace, Teddy, Hayden and Case.

The new mother of two said she’s “doing really great,” after welcoming her second baby. She said she “truly feel(s) so blessed.” Throughout the afternoon, Hallie also responded to questions about her labor, birth story, the adjustment from one child to two, and more.
