Can you imagine how terrible it would have been had a child been in the van whose window was busted out. The man also threw rocks at a city bus but you'll notice... people finally had enough and took the man down. He was surrounded, beat up and held until the police arrived. According to reports the man has been identified as 32-year-old Emmanuel Moncada who has been booked for assault with a deadly weapon and attempted carjacking.
