Carrie Underwood Calls "BS" On People NOT Wanting Female Singers In Country

Carrie Underwood doesn't do a lot of interviews, but when she does, she most certainly has something to say! 

Carrie recently sat down for an interview about her new music, new tour, and the topic went to women in country music, how much more difficult it is for them than it is for men, and the "research" that women are told about that says people don't want to hear more female artists on the radio. 

Carrie was quick to call "BS, but also admits that she doesn't really have a solution either. 

When asked about her upcoming tour, and Maddie & Tae opening for her, she was quick to say that the duo earned that spot, and it wasn't simply because they were "female"
