It's one of my favorite memes out there, and I say it all the time. Kindness, it doesn't cost a thing, sprinkle that stuff everywhere. You never know who you may be helping, or what the impact of even the smallest gesture can bring. I came across this video a few years ago, and it popped back up in my memories today on Facebook. Maybe it hit a little closer to home this week because I had to go in for my annual brain scan, but either way, it is a feel good video that everyone should see. Pay it forward wherever you can.
