American Air Glitch Strands Thousands in Charlotte

An American Airlines glitch has caused cancellations for hundreds of flights on Thursday night, stranding thousands of people in Charlotte Douglas International Airport. The airline cancelled about 270 flights, 120 of them from Charlotte. The airline says they are trying to accommodate passengers as quickly as possible. According to sources, the first available flight out is around 6 p.m. on Friday.
