There is a new Royal in the family!
We broke the news to you yesterday that Duchess Kate and Prince William welcomed a baby boy in the world yesterday. Mommy and Baby are doing terrific, and are already home!
While the world was celebrating the new baby boy, but his older sister was stealing the spotlight without even knowing it!
With the birth of the new Prince, Princess Charlotte made history as well!
A royal law passed a few years ago prevents Princess Charlotte from losing her place in line for the throne.
Before now, if a male was born, the male would have precedence over the female member of the royal family.
The law, named the Succession to the Crown Act 2013, means that the new royal baby will be behind Princess Charlotte in terms of the succession to the Crown, making him 5th in line, and Prince Harry 6th!
We still don't have a name for the baby Prince, but we will bring it to you as soon as we know!
