Close-Up Of Mimosa

The Charlotte City Council have officially passed the "Brunch Bill" by unanimous vote on Monday night.

The bill will allow alcohol sales two hours earlier on Sundays, so stores and restaurants can offer alcohol at 10 a.m. The law goes into effect immediately and this Sunday will be the first day service begins at 10 a.m.

Keep a look out, your favorite breweries may open earlier on Sundays, especially during Panthers season.

So, pour that champagne at 10 a.m. and don't fret when you forget to buy beer before that Sunday tailgate.
