Bill Cosby will be re tried by the courts, Prosecuters have told us this for sure, but after a mis trial was declared why would Bill yell out "Hey Hey Hey" from his Fat Albert character when leaving the court?
It seems that no matter if Cosby goes to jail or not he will still be making some swerious money from the Fat Albert cartoon line.
Cosby filed paperwork in May -- about a month before his sexual assault trial began -- to renew the rights to the title of his animated series ... and the terms "Fat Albert" and "Hey hey hey" specifically. Cosby wants to churn out t-shirts and DVDs featuring the cartoon ... whether he's a free man or not.
