The Louisiana Renaissance Festival is happening every weekend through Sunday, December 8th in Hammond, including Black Friday! It is SO MUCH FUN to be transported back to the 16th century at Ren Fest. There are great costumes- some of which are worn by patrons and not Ren Fest actors and actresses! Plus there's jousting, a marketplace, you can watch demonstrations like a blacksmith in action or glassblowing, there are lots of great merchants, and so much more! And you definitely want to show up there hungry and thirsty because you don't want to miss the fabulous food and drink!
