I'm rarely left speechless but Saturday's flight with the United States Army Golden Knights left me at a loss for words. The Golden Knights were set to land in the middle of Keeter Stadium during Saturday's American Legion World Series tournament in Shelby. Flying in a plane with a door wide open is not for the weak but I'm so glad I did! I had the most incredible view of these American Heroes leaping into the sky and free falling at 120mph. The trust and brotherhood they have in each other is a beautiful thing to witness. These men would be standing right next to the open door of the plane and had no fear of someone bumping and knocking them out! This was the most amazing experience of my entire life. Big thank you to the American Legion World Series for bringing these heroes to Cleveland County for the most incredible entertainment I’ve ever seen! Watch the videos and you’ll understand why I’m still in awe this Morning. Now I’m ready to jump! Check out the video (Here) and pictures from my experience below.
