38-year-old, Timothy Sled was arrested and is now facing16 years in jail if convicted for vandalizing the water tower in the town of Kingsland, Arkansas. Sled is the alleged sharp shooter who shot a hole in the Johnny Cash mural painted on the side on the town's water tower. The one shot hit the mural making it look like the famous singer was urinating on everything below. It's funny to those who don't live there but this shot caused the tower to leak up to 30,000 gallons of water a day! Thankfully the leak is now under control and repairs are being made.
