Yes, I know... it's not REALLY a "mini cow" even though it kinda looks like one. A few weeks ago Paul Schadt and I were talking about a new therapy trend... "Cow Hugging." ! I love cows, my dream animal is a highland mini cow. They're the most adorable thing you'll ever lay your eyes on!
Soooo.... why do I now own a goat? WELL... two weeks ago my Kings Mountain Mounties basketball team were playing Stuart Cramer. My good friend, Gaston County Commissioner, Chad Brown has a daughter who dances for Stuart Cramer. Chad called me up and made a bet on the game. If the Mounties won... I'd get a mini cow! He clearly didn't do his research and my Mounties came out on top!
It turns out, real life highland "mini" cows aren't so mini after all. There's NO WAY I could have one. But Chad thought he was funny and came to the house over the weekend to pay off his bet. A goat that looks like a cow. At first I thought it was a joke but then he drove away leaving the goat at my house. My husband and kids fell in love... (so did I). This little animal has SO MUCH personality and hops around all over the yard! SOOOOO... it looks like he's here to stay. So here's RIP, my new "Mini Cow."
