A tweet from the Garth Books twitter account February 11th stated someone on Team Garth tested positive for COVID-19. Out of abundance of caution, Garth and Trisha canceled all scheduled events and were quarantining for two weeks. .
A press release from Garth's publicist states that both country stars have been tested twice. Although Trisha is covid positive, both of Garth's tests came back negative. It also states that Trisha was "diagnosed as 'on her way out of the tunnel' now."
Garth is standing by his bride, "Anyone who knows me knows my world begins and ends with Miss Yearwood, so she and I will ride through this together. And anyone who knows her knows she's a fighter and she's been doing everything right, so I know we'll walk out the other side of this thing together."
