Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many beaches were forced to shut down as the nation attempted to slow the spread of the coronavirus. Police began ticketing people caught violating the stay-at-home orders. Check out the pictures that went viral on Facebook. They show a dummy standing out on the beach trying to enjoy a nice day fishing. Police caught the dummy breaking the rules so they walked over to have a "talk" with him. Do you think the police laughed as hard as we did when they saw the person fishing was an actual DUMMY?! LOL
