I have to honest. I have ordered virtually everything from Amazon over the last 2 years and never once did anything like this. I feel horrible about that. I am taking this idea and absolutely using it at my house for all of the holiday season deliveries I'm expecting. A single gesture like this goes SO far and it's never been more quantifiable than in this FB post. The delivery driver's reaction is so great. You have to wait until the end of the video as he's walking away. I'm dying!
