An argument inside of a Tennessee Popeye's Chicken quickly got out of control resulting in an arrest. According to reports, 55-year-old Debra Staggs was at the fast food restaurant trying to get a refund after being double charged for food. In viral videos you can hear employees asking Ms. Staggs to leave the location. In a video posted on Twitter, you see Ms. Staggs being body slammed to the ground by one of those employees. Staggs suffered cracked ribs, nine fractures and a broken knee. 29-year-old Deriance Ra'Shaiel Hughs is the person seen slamming Ms. Staggs in the video. He was fired from the restaurant, arrested and charged with felony aggravated assault.
