There were many doubters when the news began to forecast inches of snow in our area, I was one of them! Many times I would prepare for a snowpocalypse and nothing happened except rain. Today I woke up to inches of snow covering the yard and sleet still falling from the sky.

Because I was unprepared, I had to go get formula for my 4 month old Zion and in a 2 mile drive I saw 3 trucks stuck on a hill and 4 transfer trucks wrecked on the side of the road. The South gets picked on a lot when it comes to snow and driving. What people don't realize is that below the snow in the South is a thick layer of ice and no matter where you're from (unless you have snowmobile) there's no driving safely on ice.
