Garth Brooks is once again on top. The country superstar's new box set, Blame It All On My Roots, is taking the top spot on the Billboard 200.
In its first full week out the eight-disc collection sold 146,000 copies to capture the number one position. The set was released as a Walmart exclusive Black Friday special on Thanksgiving Day, and opened on the chart at number three with 164,000 in sales.
Brooks' disc is the first release of more than two discs to top the chart since Led Zeppelin's How The West Was Won opened at number one in 2003. It's also the first time in 15 years that a set of more than three discs has reached number one. And it was Garth who did it back then as well, topping the chart with his 1998 six-CD set, The Limited Series.
